How can I change my company information?

Changing the basic and address information of the company

You can change your company information under Settings > My company. You can change your company basic information, address and contact details and invoicing address. The information entered here will be displayed on the reports and sales invoice.

The information you enter in the Contact details and invoicing address -field will not be updated under your Solo user account.

If your address and/or contact information changes, please notify Finago by email at [email protected].

Email address linked with the user account

The email address and phone number connected to user account are needed for resetting credentials. If you want to change your email address or phone number under your Solo user account, please contact our customer service by using the contact form or calling 020 7879 840.
