There is currently a disruption in the delivery of SMS messages related to Procountor and Procountor Solo login. The issue is caused by a problem with an external service provider, which is affecting the sending and delivery of text messages. As a result, for example, login verification codes and password reset codes may not arrive as expected or their delivery may be delayed.

We are actively monitoring the situation, and the service provider is working to resolve the issue. We will update this notice as soon as we receive more information or when the situation is resolved.
April 13th, 2026 Error on account transactions view / FIXED April 13th, 2026
The issue affecting the Account Transactions view has been resolved, and expense transactions are once again visible.

We have identified an issue in Finago Procountor Solo affecting the Account transactions view, where expense transactions are not visible for some users. The issue is currently being investigated. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
March 13th 2026: Delay in Processing Reports in the Incomes Register
There is currently a delay in the processing of data in the Incomes Register. Due to this delay, earnings payment reports may remain in the Confirming status in Procountor for an extended period, or the status may not change to Confirmed even though the report has been successfully delivered to the Incomes Register. We are investigating the issue together with the Incomes Register.

Procountor maintenance break on Wed 18 March from 10 PM to 12 AM
We will be performing maintenance work in Procountor on Wednesday, 18 March, between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM. During the maintenance break, it will not be possible to log in to Procountor or the Procountor mobile app.

Short service break on Wednesday 18th of March at 3 AM
Procountor will have a short service break on Wednesday 18th of March at 3 AM. The outage also affects the API interface and services that use it.

Incomes Register service break on March 17th, 2026
Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Tuesday, March 17th from 7 PM until 9 PM.
Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from March 17th at 6.45 PM until March 17th 9.15 PM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after March 17th at 9.15 PM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.
Maintenance break on Saturday 14 March from 7 AM to 11 AM
A new version of Procountor will be released on Saturday, 14th of March. The maintenance break will last from 7 AM to 11 AM (EET).
Procountor and Procountor mobile app cannot be accessed during this time. The maintenance break will also affect Procountor's integrations and services using the Procountor API.
