UPDATE June 12, 11:30 AM: POP Bank has resolved the issue, and the bank statements have been successfully retrieved and processed in Procountor at around 11:00 AM.

There is a disruption on the bank’s side affecting POP Bank statement retrieval to Procountor. As a result, bank statements dated June 11 have not been received.
Other data transfers are functioning normally. We are investigating the issue with the bank and will update as soon as more information is available.

UPDATE June 11 at 9:30 / Short outage at Procountor and Procountor Solo on Thursday, June 11th at 3 AM
Last night’s service interruption in Procountor and Procoutor Solo lasted longer than expected, and the service was largely unavailable between approximately 03:00 and 06:39.
The outage may have affected logging in to the service and its use during that time.

UPDATE June 9, 3:50 PM / June 9, 2026 POP Bank payments and bank statements
POP Bank has restored the Web Services connection. Today’s payments have been successfully sent from Procountor to the bank, and bank statements and reference payment data are currently being processed and imported.
We will continue to monitor the situation until everything has fully normalized.

The Web Services connection between Procountor and POP Bank is down (since approximately June 8 at 5 PM). Payments are not being transferred to the bank, and bank statement or reference payment data have not been received.
The issue is on the bank’s side, and we are awaiting further information from the bank. We will update the situation as it progresses.
