UPDATE August 28th / Changes in POP Bank's bank account statement
UPDATE 28 August: The fix has now been implemented, and payments received through POP Bank statement data are once again being matched normally.
The fix applies to new incoming bank statements and does not automatically correct transactions that failed to be matched before the fix was implemented. Transactions received before 28 August may need to be matched manually according to the instructions below.

UPDATE August 18th: We are currently working on a solution and are aiming to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

There have been changes in POP Bank's bank account statement data and therefore the automatic allocation of payments is currently not working.
In a situation where payments are not allocated, you should save images of invoices in the program under Expenses > Payments > Online invoices and attach them to account transactions so that the data can be submitted to accounting.
We apologize for the additional work caused by this situation! We will inform you when POP Bank has corrected the issue.

Error related to account transactions
An error has been detected in the program, where invoices paid through the program are not displayed as attachments to account transactions as they should be, but the program asks to add a receipt. The problem has been identified and efforts are being made to fix it as soon as possible.
If the transactions are not automatically allocated correctly, the images of the invoices should be saved in Expenses > Payments > E-invoices and attach them to the account transactions so that the material can be submitted to accounting.

Incomes Register has a scheduled service break on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM until August 27th 2026 12:00 AM. Procountor Incomes Register sending will be closed from August 26th at 5:45 PM until August 27th 12:15 AM.
Earnings payment reports sent during the break will be delivered after August 27th 12:15 AM. Employer's separate report sent during the break will remain in error and must be sent again.

UPDATE June 12, 11:30 AM: POP Bank has resolved the issue, and the bank statements have been successfully retrieved and processed in Procountor at around 11:00 AM.

There is a disruption on the bank’s side affecting POP Bank statement retrieval to Procountor. As a result, bank statements dated June 11 have not been received.
Other data transfers are functioning normally. We are investigating the issue with the bank and will update as soon as more information is available.

Last night’s service interruption in Procountor and Procoutor Solo lasted longer than expected, and the service was largely unavailable between approximately 03:00 and 06:39.
The outage may have affected logging in to the service and its use during that time.

POP Bank has restored the Web Services connection. Today’s payments have been successfully sent from Procountor to the bank, and bank statements and reference payment data are currently being processed and imported.
We will continue to monitor the situation until everything has fully normalized.

The Web Services connection between Procountor and POP Bank is down (since approximately June 8 at 5 PM). Payments are not being transferred to the bank, and bank statement or reference payment data have not been received.
The issue is on the bank’s side, and we are awaiting further information from the bank. We will update the situation as it progresses.
