Finago Procountor Solo has a separate function for resetting passwords
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you can reset your password here:
You can also find the link from the Solo login page. Click the Problems logging in? -link.
After this, choose I forgot my password.
Enter your username and click the Reset password -button. You will receive instructions for resetting your password to the email address, which is used for your user account. You will also receive a text message to your phone with a password recovery code.
