I have a lot of customers who are unable to receive e-invoices. What should I do?

We recommend sending invoices by e-mail or via the print service

After electronic invoicing, the second best invoicing method is by e-mail. An invoice sent via e-mail contains a link from which your customer can see the invoice. We will monitor the sending of the e-mail and the opening of the link on your behalf.

If your customer does not have an e-mail address, we recommend using the print service. In the print service, the invoice is printed out, placed in an envelope and sent to the customer by mail.
