If your phone in which Procountor Key is installed is lost or the app does not work, you can do as follows:
Go to the Procountor Solo login page (https://secure.finagosolo.com/en/login) and click Problems logging in?.
Choose I lost my device.
Enter your username and password, after which the Procountor Key application will be disabled in all of your devices.
(Remove the app from your phone) and download Procountor Key again according to the instructions: How to implement Procountor Key for payment confirmation?
