Frequently asked questions and answers when changing to Solo from another Procountor product.

Procountor Mini application is NOT used in Solo

In Finago Procountor Solo, images of receipts are taken directly by logging in to Solo on the mobile browser. If you previously used the Mini application, you can delete it as you change to Solo. Read more about taking images of receipts here and the handling of travel invoices in Solo here.

Using Procountor Key

Procountor Key is used in Solo for confirming payments. Read more about using the Key here.

Logging in to Solo

Entrepreneurs using Solo log in to the service at https://secure.finagosolo.com/
(Accountants use Procountor for preparing the accounts and log in via the Procountor login page.)

Electronic invoice operator Finago Apix Messaging Ltd

You can both send and receive e-invoices in Solo. You can find your new electronic invoice address under Settings > E-invoicing. The same page contains the template for sharing the electronic invoice address with invoicing companies. Please note that if you used the e-invoice reception address of Finago Apix Messaging in Procountor Financial Management, this can be transferred to Solo.

Read more on e-invoicing here.

Check your bank connection authorizations

In order to use the full version of Solo, your bank connection authorization must cover at least payment rights and reference payment specification (incoming reference payments). We also recommend checking the WS channel if the bank connections are updated. Read more about bank connection authorizations here.

Your bank account must be a corporate account

Only corporate bank accounts can be used in Solo. In other words, if you have a private bank account, it cannot be used in Solo. Please make sure that your bank account is a corporate account with your bank.
